Shipping Policy

At Kangorango, each piece is lovingly hand-painted and made in limited batches each week. Because our products are handmade and many are personalized, we kindly recommend placing your order at least 1 month in advance if you need it for a special occasion.

Order Processing

Please allow 10-15 days for order processing before shipment. This processing time includes the time needed to hand-paint, prepare, and pack your order with care. Specially the personalized items.

Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time.

Shipping Method

We currently ship within the United States only.

Orders are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage Delivery. Delivery times may vary, and packages may take additional time to arrive once they have been shipped.

Ordering in Advance

Because we create limited batches each week and USPS Ground advantage delivery may take time, we strongly recommend ordering early, especially for:

  • birthdays

  • baby showers

  • nursery setups

  • special events and celebrations

For occasion-based orders, placing your order 1–2 months in advance is recommended.

Shipping Delays

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by USPS, weather, holidays, incorrect shipping information, or other circumstances outside our control.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct when placing your order. We are not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping details.

If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible at support@kangorango.com. If your order has not yet shipped, we may be able to make the change.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at support@kangorango.com with your order number and clear photos of both the item and the packaging. We will review the issue and work with you on the best possible solution.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been shipped, it is in the care of USPS. Kangorango is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages after they have been handed over to the carrier, but we are happy to assist if you need help tracking your shipment.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout unless otherwise stated.
