Why We Love Our Dual-Sided Velcro Strips

• No nails needed — mount your Kangorango pieces without drilling holes in the wall.

• Easy to apply — simply peel the top plastic liner, place the piece on the wall, press firmly, and hold for 30 seconds.

• Clean-release adhesive — designed to hold securely and remove cleanly when used as directed.

• Easy minor adjustments — if a piece looks slightly tilted or needs a small adjustment, gently pull the piece off the wall. The Velcro strips will separate, with one side staying on the wall and the other on the back of the piece. Reposition the piece, press again, and adjust as needed.

• Wall-friendly mounting — designed to help you decorate without damaging walls when applied and removed properly.

• Removes cleanly from the wall — when you are ready to move or remove the décor, gently separate the piece from the wall strip first. Then slowly pull the wall strip along the wall in the same direction as the strip. If the strip is vertical, pull it straight down. If the strip is horizontal, pull it sideways. Do not pull the strip outward toward you.

How to Mount Your Kangorango Wall Décor

The Animal Train

The Animal Train comes in separate pieces, so you can arrange the engine and animal coaches in your own way — straight, playful, or slightly uphill — to fit your child’s room and wall space

1. Prep the wall

Gently clean the wall with a dry cloth to remove dust. If needed, use a slightly damp paper napkin and wait for the wall to dry completely before mounting.

2. Plan your train

Before placing anything on the wall, lay all the pieces on a table or floor. Choose the order of the animal coaches and plan your train lineup.

3. Start with the engine

Begin with the engine, then add the train link, followed by the first animal coach. Continue the pattern — link, animal coach, link, animal coach — until your train is complete. You can use masking tape as pretend “train tracks” to help keep everything straight, playful, or slightly uphill/downhill as per your vision. Once the train is mounted, gently remove the tape.

4. Peel, place, and press

Each piece comes with a dual-sided Velcro strip already attached. Simply remove the top plastic liner, place the piece on the wall, press firmly, and hold for 30 seconds.

The Singing Branch Collection

The Singing Branch Collection comes in separate pieces, so you can arrange the treehouse, branches, birds, and leaves as per your wall size and vision.

1. Prep the wall

2. Plan your layout

Lay all pieces on the floor first and decide how wide or close you want the full branch design to look.

3. Start with the main branch or treehouse

Begin with the main branch or treehouse, then build around it using the smaller branches, birds, and leaves.

4. Peel, place, and press

Remove the top plastic liner from the Velcro strip, place the piece on the wall, press firmly, and hold for 30 seconds.

Extra support, if needed

If a piece does not stay in place, add a few extra Velcro strips for support. This may happen if the wall surface is very rough, dusty, or if the sticky side was touched before mounting.

Storing Your Kangorango Pieces

When it’s time to pack the pieces away, place parchment paper between each piece to help protect the colors and finish.
